Surrender to Your Mat
Tuesday and Friday 7.30 am
Thursday 9.30 am
This is a perfect class for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience. Our focus is on traditional asana but with bursts of strengthening exercises to target your core and general fitness.
A Hatha/Vinyassa hybrid
This class pushes you deeper into your practice, giving you a complete mind, body, breath experience. Focus is on alignment, strength and flexibility, and a little bit of laughter thrown in.
Designed for you
Here we work together to create a class for you or a group of friends. The focus can be on learning the beginning fundamentals of yoga or maybe building strength for arm inversions or quietening the mind in meditation.
